Art history: I have been a graphic designer for over 20 years and had lost my love of drawing along the way. I have found it again after reading Danny's books and other artist's blogs, especially those that belong to the EDM group!

I used to be very precious and only draw with a pencil and erase a lot. But I went with Danny's advice and now mostly draw with a pen. Sometimes I add color with watercolor pencils, or I scan in my drawing and colorize it in Photoshop. People at work are on to me and know I sketch in meetings, and if anyone sees me looking at them for too long, they are suspicious of being a subject of one of my sketches!!

Personal: I am currently a graphic designer in an in-house Corporate Communications department at a financial firm. I live in St. Louis, MO with my husband, Paul and my 2 cats Nicobella and Squeeky.
