That's me, at the back with the beanie and the glasses. I've just turned 39 and am not sure when life started to rush by so quicky. Drawing helps to slow it down so I'm going to have to do more (and more) of it.

I started to draw (and blog) a few years ago after being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Putting pen to paper has played a large part in my recovery. I tend to draw the everyday and ordinary things around me, but when energy (and finances) allow also love to get out and about and explore the big world with Moleskine and Art Pen in my bag (I might be swapping my trusty Art Pen for my new yellow Lamy Safari, but the jury's still out).

I regularly publish a little book called The Beany, an illustrated journal about my travels (or just drinking tea).
